Donna Mae Akers, 69

Donna Mae Akers, 69, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, at the Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Kalispell. She was born on Nov. 22, 1940, in Longview, Wash. Donna was the proud mother of five children. She loved camping and fishing. She enjoyed gathering with family for the holidays, crafting, playing cards and she loved the beach. She was preceded in death by her mother, Evelynn Stillwell; and two sisters, Bobbie Erickson and Patricia Stillwell. Donna is survived by four daughters, Niki and Herbert Brown of Kalispell, Samantha Noland of Kalispell, Dallas and Al Tedrick of Kalispell, and Kathy and Dan McNiel of Olympia, Wash.; a son, Clyde Davis, of Olympia; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be announced at a later time. The family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, 3203 Third Ave. N., Suite 203, Billings, MT 59101-1945.
