Deborah Dawn Leppke-Parsons, 43

Debbie passed away Jan. 19, 2009, in Kalispell. Debbie was born in Salida, Colo., on March 12, 1965, to Floyd and Judy Leppke.

Debbie is survived by her parents, Floyd Leppke of Leadville, Colo., and Judy and Kent Mitchell of Alamosa, Colo.; daughter, Amanda Parsons, and granddaughter, Aviana Parsons, of Auburn, Wash.; son, Jared Parsons, of Maple Valley, Wash.; son, Sean Austin Toavs, of Kalispell; sisters, Brenda and Jim Nabulsi of Eagle River, Alaska, and Tricia Leppke of Canon City, Colo.; aunt, Kathy and Mike Johnson, of Pueblo West, Colo.; aunt, Cindy Pfalzgraff, of Penrose, Colo.; uncle, Glenn and Carol Leppke, of Canon City; grandfather, Ike and Jan Leppke, of Pueblo, Colo.; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Debbie was preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Donna Boyce of Leadville and Canon City, and Lorraine Leppke of Leadville.

Debbie loved the simple things in life: sunsets, snow, a soothing cup of tea, wildflowers, wildlife, the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, skiing and hunting arrowheads.

Her passions in life were sketching, painting, gardening, cooking, baking, saltwater aquariums, photography and taking care of others.

Cremation was chosen, and family and friends will hold a service this summer in Colorado to honor her life.
