Flathead County sheriff
A West Springcreek Road resident called Flathead County sheriff's deputies at about 2 a.m. Wednesday to complain about a helicopter that flew over his home three times. The resident wanted the pilot ticketed for disorderly conduct. He was referred to the FAA.
A group of teens were spotted on ice floes in the Swan River near Bigfork. The stunt reportedly was part of a game and the youths, who didn't need rescuing, were gone when authorities arrived.

Kalispell police
A Hilltop Avenue woman told Kalispell police her estranged husband had removed appliances from her residence, against a court order.
Officers responded to Farview Drive after a man allegedly choked his girlfriend, then attempted to leave with her baby. He was arrested on suspicion of partner assault.
Money and possibly other belongings were taken from a home and shed on Fourth Avenue West North. Items also were reported missing from a residence on Second Avenue West.
A door was dinged last month on U.S. 93 South, and now the person responsible allegedly refuses to pay for it. The matter was referred to small claims court.
Dispatchers heard a woman screaming on the other end of a call from a Second Street West residence, then the line went dead. Officers responded and separated two people arguing. In an unrelated call, officers separated a man and woman arguing on Eighth Avenue West.

Whitefish police
Whitefish police responded to the intersection of U.S. 93 and Montana 40 after receiving reports that a man may have been hit by a car. He hadn't. Ambulances responded and transported the man, who actually had suffered a stroke, to the hospital.
An assault was reported in the parking lot at Whitefish High School. Officers arrested a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
Officers received 32 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Columbia Falls police
Columbia Falls police arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of possession of alcohol at a park on U.S. 2.
A fight was reported at Columbia Falls High School. An iPod was reported stolen from the same location.

Three Rivers EMS and the Canyon Quick Response Unit were paged to a residence in Hungry Horse after a man using marijuana for the first time reported being dizzy and light-headed. He was not taken to the hospital.
The Kalispell Fire Department was dispatched to Reserve Loop after a car ran off the road.
Whitefish Ambulance responded to Second Street East to treat a patient with a broken wrist.
