Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to a lounge on Montana 35 after receiving reports of an assault with a weapon. A customer upset about the perceived theft of $100 allegedly threw his drinking glass, shattering it over the bar.

Animal wardens assumed responsibility for notifying the owner of a horse found dead on Two Mile Drive.

Deputies responded to Willow Glen Drive to sort out an argument between a woman and her ex-boyfriend. They were trying to divvy up some property, but he allegedly wouldn't let her in the house.

Deputies told a man sending unwanted text messages to a Ridgewood Drive resident to quit. In unrelated incidents, a West Glacier woman reported receiving harassing phone calls from her son's father and a Shady Lane resident complained about a woman calling and using profane language.

An 18-year-old Gracie Lane woman took a parent's vehicle without permission.

Reports of unsafe shooting on Trap Road proved to be unfounded. However, a woman on the scene was told to take care of an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

Deputies were called to break up an argument between roommates on Dogwood Avenue in Evergreen.

A man and his wife got into an argument on Shadow Lane in Evergreen. She claims he punched her, so he was arrested for partner assault.

Deputies received 122 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Kalispell police

Kalispell police arrested a 20-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman for theft and possession of alcohol after they allegedly tried to shoplift beer from a grocery store on U.S. 93 South. The man also was charged with carrying a concealed weapon. He had a pair of brass knuckles.

A man got a call from an upset customer at his business. She allegedly was threatening to come to his house.

The owner of a trailer parked on North Meridian Road was concerned it might get broken into. He said it has happened to him in the past.

Officers were called to remove an obscenity-shouting woman from a restaurant on West Idaho Street.

Officers broke up an argument between a man and woman on Airport Road. The person who called police reportedly heard yelling and items being thrown.

Officers responded to Bing Court after a man called to complain that his ex-girlfriend threatened to hide his vehicle.

A 45-year-old man stumbling through a convenience store on U.S. 93 North was later arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Officers arrested a 51-year-old man on a warrant for failure to pay traffic fines during a traffic stop on West Idaho Street.

A 37-year-old woman was arrested on a Kalispell warrant for theft and two felony warrants after officers visited her at an inn on First Avenue West.

Officers received 90 calls for service between 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police arrested a 22-year-old woman on a city warrant for contempt of court during a traffic stop on Baker Avenue.

Officers received 40 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police responded to Fourth Avenue East North after a man refused to leave his former place of employment. He was removed.

Officers received 23 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Alarms

The Evergreen Fire Department responded to a building on U.S. 2 after an occupant reported smelling natural gas.

The Whitefish Fire Department responded to U.S. 93 south of downtown after a car rolled over. The driver refused medical treatment.

The Olney Fire Department responded to a rollover crash on Good Creek Road, but no one suffered serious injuries.

Big Mountain Ambulance took a 48-year-old man to North Valley Hospital after he injured his knee on the mountain.
