Flathead County Sheriff's deputies

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies arrested a woman, 42, for assault with a weapon after she allegedly attempted to attack her husband with a knife at a residence on Brown's Meadow Road late Sunday. The husband was apparently injured after falling off a vehicle in trying to escape, and he was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Deputies counseled two disputing neighbors on Clear Springs Trail in the Somers area after one reported the other tried to run over a dog. Soon after, a woman, 41, was arrested for partner-family member assault in the same area.

There was a report of a suspicious person trespassing in a gated community on Whitefish Hills Loop.

Two parents were counseled after disputing a child exchange, with one of the parents allegedly denting a vehicle.

Monday, there was a report of firearms being stolen from a vehicle on the 1200 block of Foy's Lake Road.

Medications and other items were reported stolen from a vehicle in the Lion Lake area near Hungry Horse.

Water pipes were broken and other damage caused at Stillwater Christian School.

Sheriff's dispatch had 129 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Kalispell police

Kalispell police counseled a girl, 17, after she caused a disturbance at a home on Mallard Drive Sunday night.

A jockey statue was reported stolen from a lawn on the 200 block of West Nicklaus Drive.

A 'very loud garage band" was reported on the 1200 block of Second Avenue East.

Fuel was siphoned from vehicles parked behind a business on the 2000 block of U.S. 93 South.

A building on the 200 block of Third Avenue West was vandalized with spray paint.

A resident on the 1200 block of Fourth Avenue West said that someone had burglarized her home within an hour before she called dispatchers.

A man was arrested for shoplifting at a store on U.S. 93 North.

An iPod was reported stolen from a vehicle on the 1100 block of Seventh Avenue West.

There were 48 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police arrested a man, 50, on an outstanding Kalispell warrant after a traffic stop on U.S. 2 Sunday night.

Officers returned a runaway teenager home after finding him at a party Sunday night.

There were 35 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police received a report that vehicle parts were stolen from a residence on the 800 block of Patton Lane Sunday night.

A man, 25, was arrested for partner-family member assault on the 900 block of Kalispell Avenue early Sunday morning.

There were 30 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

The Big Mountain Fire Department responded to a truck on fire on Big Mountain Road Monday morning.

The Bigfork Fire Department responded to power lines down across Williams Lane Monday morning.
