Jazz Stampede set

The 12th annual Glacier Jazz Stampede Oct. 4-7 features 17 top-flight musical groups playing in Kalispell.

Ragtime, big band and Dixieland music, a Saturday evening teen dance, a marching-band tribute, gospel services, costume contest and a jazz-band ball are planned. Concert venues are the Kalispell Red Lion Inn and the Kalispell Eagles.

An all-event badge will be sold for $55 until June 1, then $60 until Oct. 1. After that, the price goes to $65. People under 18 will be admitted free.
