Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to Angel Point Road early Friday after a woman called dispatchers asking for help. A man was heard yelling in the background.

He was gone when deputies arrived, but authorities revisited the home later in the morning and arrested the 23-year-old man for probation violation and criminal mischief. He allegedly broke the window out of a car.

The man "messing around" with construction equipment outside a convenience store on U.S. 93 South turned out to be a worker warming up the machinery.

Horses reportedly got loose on U.S. 2 north of Evergreen and on Whitefish Stage Road.

Someone shot a solar panel at a Kila animal clinic. A mail box was damaged at a Creston subdivision.

A man came into the Sheriff's Office to report that 'storm troopers' came onto his property and left him some paperwork.

A West Reserve Drive man is convinced the neighbors keep messing with his digital TV, causing the picture to go in and out. He reportedly refuses to call the cable company.

Kalispell police

Kalispell police responded to a business on West Main Street after an employee reported receiving a bomb threat. Officers were unable to find any explosives.

School officials will deal with a group of kids caught putting Vaseline on car windows at Flathead High School.

A Sixth Avenue East resident complained about a neighbor maliciously piling items up against the fence. Apparently, the pair have an ongoing feud.

Two people traded vehicles, but one of them got a bogus title. Now the other person refused to fix the problem or trade back.

A man and woman yelling at drivers to slow down while blocking traffic at the intersection of Fifth Avenue West and 11th Street were gone when officers arrived.

Officers were unable to find two men reportedly fist-fighting in a van on Woodland Avenue.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police are investigating reports that a cell phone was stolen at a convenience store on U.S. 2.

A boat and trailer were reported stolen from the parking lot of a business on U.S. 2.

Alarms

Paramedics with the Kalispell Fire Department responded to a crash on Jubilee Court. An elderly man, who ran into a parked car, was taken to the hospital with a head injury.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to Empire Loop after a resident had an oven fire.

The Evergreen Fire Department responded to a crash in front of a casino on U.S. 2.

Bigfork Ambulance was paged to Montana 35 after a person having an allergic reaction had difficulty breathing.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to North Meridian Road after a car and bicyclist collided. One person was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
