Flathead County Sheriff's deputies were called to a Somers residence early Thursday morning where an adult had their daughter's 19-year-old boyfriend, who allegedly kept sneaking into the house, cornered in a bedroom. He was arrested.

Deputies counseled a group of boys who were throwing rocks toward a Nicholson Drive residence.

A Badrock Drive woman filed a complaint against some family members - one of whom allegedly used a car she paid for and others who allegedly tore up her carpet.

Someone broke into the office of a campground on U.S. 93 south of Whitefish and made off with some cash.

A 14-year-old boy reported missing from a Montana 206 residence was found in the yard.

Kids in the Moon Lake Trail area reportedly shot and killed a goose. A person in Kila witnessed an alleged dog beating. The dog was taken to the animal shelter.

Two men busted into a bar on U.S. 2 near Columbia Falls, allegedly trying to start a fight.

Someone threw a brick through the window of a school on FFA Drive and then broke in.

Deputies responded to a Kila home after a man with a holstered pistol allegedly broke in and threatened a resident before punching him in the head. The altercation reportedly was over late payments on a motorcycle.

Two black bear cubs were found in a tree off High Road. Game wardens were advised.

Deputies received 146 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Kalispell police

Two boys riding their bicycles on 10th Avenue West stopped to throw rocks at a neighbor's Camaro. Kalispell police were notified.

A Farview Drive woman told officers a man jumped over her fence and punched her friend in the face.

Someone slashed the tires of a vehicle parked at the north Kalispell fire station.

Officers responded to Eighth Avenue West, where a resident told them she was being harassed by a neighbor following a prior altercation.

In separate incidents, officers received calls from two convenience stores on U.S. 93. Underage kids were trying to buy alcohol.

A First Avenue West parent told officers their daughter repeatedly received inappropriate text messages.

A teen at a store on U.S. 93 North allegedly pushed her mother and was generally misbehaving enough to prompt a call to police.

Officers received 86 calls for service between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police received 51 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police responded to Talbot Road after a car reportedly hit a boy on a bicycle. The boy was able to ride away.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at a grocery store on U.S. 2.

Officers responded to Fourth Avenue West after a woman couldn't control her 8-year-old grandchild.

Officers received 22 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Alarms

The ALERT helicopter and the Creston Fire Department were paged out to Bachelor Grade Road after a woman was trampled by a mule. She was taken to the hospital.

The Columbia Falls Fire Department extinguished a fire in a sawdust bin outside a convenience store on U.S. 2.

The Whitefish Fire Department responded to a gas station on U.S. 93 after someone got fuel in their eyes.
