An Evergreen man already on probation for flashing women has been again arrested for allegedly exposing himself, this time to a tenant.

Sheriff's deputies took 44-year-old Russell Gordon Davenport into custody Thursday afternoon at a residence on Sweetgrass Road.

Prosecutors allege Davenport, who is charged with one count of felony indecent exposure, exposed himself to a woman tenant while making drywall repairs on her residence.

According to court documents, Davenport asked the woman, who is married, if he could clean up in an upstairs bathroom.

But when Davenport came out to ask her for a washcloth, he allegedly was naked.

After making at least two suggestive comments, Davenport left but reportedly soon called the woman to tell her he was attracted to her and couldn't help his actions.

Davenport previously was convicted of indecent exposure in 1996, 2004 and 2007, court records show.

He was serving a 10-year suspended sentence to Montana State Prison when the most recent incident allegedly occurred.

A condition of Davenport's 2007 probationary sentence was that he not frequent drive-through coffee shops or kiosks.

If convicted of the latest charges, Davenport could be sentenced to up to 100 years in prison and fined $10,000. He has yet to be arraigned.
