Libby tracksters cruise to victories

EUREKA - The Libby boys and girls track teams won the Lincoln County triangular meet on Tuesday.

Freshman Dylan Berget swept the boys distance events while Kody Berget won the 400 and 300 hurdles to lead the Loggers to 85 points.

Eureka's Chad Price sprinted to wins in the 100 and 200, Luke Truman won the shot and discus, and Dillon Peterson won the 110 hurdles and pole vault. The Lions finished second with 59 points.

On the girls side, Libby's Stephany Kluver won the javelin and discus, Devon Hoyer took firsts in the 100 hurdles and high jump and the Lady Loggers totaled 74 points.

Jen Miller earned double victories for second-place Eureka, winning the 200 and 400.
