A boat ran out of gas on Hungry Horse Reservoir Saturday evening, and its occupants called the Flathead County Sheriff's Office for help. Before a deputy and rescue people arrived, another boat towed the stranded vessel to shore.

Kalispell police

Kalispell police arrested a 52-year-old woman for assault and stealing from a vehicle at Flathead High School Saturday evening.

Police arrested a 22-year-old woman for possessing drugs at a West Idaho Street business Saturday evening.

Additional police information was not available Sunday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police arrested a 50-year-old man on a Kalispell warrant for embezzlement Saturday evening.

Police arrested a 49-year-old man for drunken driving early Sunday morning.

Police ticketed a 40-year-old man for having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle late Sunday morning.

Police logged 45 calls from 3:30 p.m. Saturday to 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

Columbia Falls police

The Three Rivers Emergency Medical Service ambulance took a man hit in the head with a beer bottle from downtown Columbia Falls late Saturday evening to North Valley Hospital, Columbia Falls police reported.

A Nucleus Avenue business was burglarized early Sunday morning.

A Kalispell Fire Department ambulance took a 43-year-old woman who overdosed on medication on First Street West to Kalispell Regional Medical Center Sunday morning.

The ALERT helicopter took a 52-year-old woman on medication - whose heart stopped until Lakeside Quick Rescue Unit people performed CPR - from her Lakeside home to Kalispell Regional Medical Center Saturday evening.
