son of Jennifer and John Michael Knopik of Kalispell, was born Aug. 31 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

He weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Carter joins Cole, 4, and Asher, 2 1/2.

Paternal grandparents are Mike and Janice Knopik of Frenchtown. Maternal grandparents are Ken and Evelyn Schubert of Chinook.
