Robbers take off with washer, dryer

In what must have been a tough haul, Kalispell police got a report Sunday of a washer and dryer being stolen from a yard at a home on the 500 block of Ninth Street West.

Officers responded to a report an unruly son throwing things at his mother at an apartment on North Meridian.

A moving vehicle was reportedly hit by eggs while traveling in the area of 10th Avenue West and Seventh Street.

Monday morning, there was a report of a computer and MP3 players stolen from a residence on the 40 block of Seventh Avenue West.

A vehicle was reportedly keyed on the 800 block of South Main.

A 30-year-old man who had allegedly forged a drug prescription over the weekend, was arrested on a probation violation while waiting in a patient room at a medical clinic on Burns Drive.

A man reported that he could not find a rifle that had fallen off his truck in the area of Ashley Road.

A woman was arrested for partner-family member assault and resisting arrest after officers responded to a disturbance on the 800 block of Sixth Avenue East.

A bicycle was reported stolen from a residence on Hawthorne Drive.

Officers responded to Youth Court on South Main to settle down a disorderly juvenile. The boy was not arrested.

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office got a report of a truck driven by a road-rager threatening to rear-end a vehicle in the Holt Stage Road and McWenneger Drive area Sunday.

A house on Lakeshore Drive was egged for the second time in recent days.

A parent reported that a 13-year-old boy had been threatened by a neighbor on Bear Creek Road in the Bigfork area.
