TeleTech to add 100 jobs by March

TeleTech will add up to 100 jobs at its Kalispell center by March, the company announced Wednesday.

Anyone interested in the customer management positions can apply online at HirePoint.com and attend a job fair Tuesday, Dec. 1, or Wednesday, Dec. 2, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the TeleTech office, 1203 U.S. 2 West in the Gateway West Mall.

There are part- and full-time positions for jobs that entail providing inbound customer support.

The company is not hiring for telemarketing or sales-related services at the Kalispell location.

“We are excited to announce the new opportunities we are offering to the Kalispell area,” TeleTech Site Director Tory Graham said in a press release. “With the downturn in the global economy we are fortunate the growth in our business is allowing us to expand.”

Rates for this work are competitive with the opportunity to make additional bonuses for performance and attendance incentives. Paid training also is provided. Both full- and part-time positions receive benefits after the first month of employment.

Shifts are available at various start times with varying shift lengths, seven days per week. Potential candidates should have a high-school diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills and customer-service experience.

TeleTech this month celebrated the fifth anniversary of its Kalispell delivery center, which currently employs more than 500 people.

“TeleTech employees remain committed to the exceptional service delivery that has enabled the site to grow over the past five years from 200 employees to more than 500 today,” Graham said. “This growth, along with the various new lines of business that have been awarded to TeleTech, are prime examples of our success.”

Graham also praised the Kalispell team’s active volunteerism within the community. Employees provided 250 turkeys for Thanksgiving meals and funded toy purchases for Toys for Tots for the holiday season.
