Tyler Morggan Kirkedahl, 16

Tyler Morggan Kirkedahl, 16, passed away on Sept. 12, 2009, at his home in Trego. He was born June 22, 1993, in Whitefish, the son of Scott and Melani Kirkedahl. He grew up in Trego, attended Trego Elementary School and Eureka High School.

He was active in basketball, wrestling, and football in grade school. His hobbies included playing on the computer, phone texting and hanging out with his friends. He loved the outdoors and his brothers and sister.

Survivors include his parents, Scott and Melani Kirkedahl, of Trego; a sister, Ashley Kirkedahl, and her children, Raylee and Madilyn Johnson; two brothers, Xennie Kirkedahl and Randy Kirkedahl; his grandmothers, Jan Rieben and Joanne Shupert; great-grandmother, Helen Phelps; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, at the Chapel of Praise Church, 6474 U.S. 93 S. in Eureka, with a reception to follow.
