Flathead County Sheriff's deputies
A 58-year-old Kila man died after falling about 12 feet from a roof he was working on Monday morning. The Flathead County Sheriff's Office would not identify the man until relatives could be notified.
The man was transported to Kalispell Regional Medical Center, where he died about two hours after the fall.
A special-needs child, 12, was found a couple hours after being reported missing from his Kalispell home walking along U.S. 93 a few miles south of Whitefish Sunday night.
There was a report early Monday of several people trespassing in a swimming pool at the Meadow Lake Resort.
A Pickleville Lane resident in the Somers area reported there were two males prowling outside her window. The suspects were gone when deputies arrived. The next morning, a knife and gloves were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle near the same residence.

Kalispell police had a report of tools being stolen from a truck on 11th Street West and Fifth Avenue West Sunday night.
A man was arrested for shoplifting at a Third Avenue East North grocery store.
There was a report of a boy, about 10 years old, exposing himself at Woodland Park. He could not be located.
A man was detained on a mental health arrest after making suicide threats on the 100 block of Ninth Avenue West.
Early Monday, a 9 millimeter handgun was found in a booth at an East Idaho restaurant, apparently left by six young males.
A man, 23, was charged with resisting arrest after an officer stopped him on an a warrant at Second Avenue East and Third Street East.

Columbia Falls Police got a report that a bag with $700-$800 in cash and other items were found at a restaurant on U.S. 2.

Whitefish police
Responding to a disturbance report, Whitefish police warned a man to leave a Dugans Way residence at the request of a woman who lives there.
There were several reports of a black bear walking southbound on Texas Avenue. State wildlife officials were notified.

Three Rivers Ambulance transported a man to North Valley Hospital after he drove off the North Fork Road and hit a tree Monday morning.
After a man drove off Anderson Lane and through a fence, he was transported to Kalispell Regional Medical Center by Kalispell Ambulance Monday morning.
