daughter of Cory Chappell and Tiffiny Marie James of Kalispell, was born March 24 at North Valley Hospital.

She weighed 7 pounds, 11.1 ounces, and was 18 inches long.

Shelbi joins Evan James, 5, and Cooper Chappell, 2.

Paternal grandparent is Wanda Chappell of Kalispell. Maternal grandparent is Vance Birky of Solberg.
