Bicyclist: 'Catch me if you can'

Kalispell Police reported that a man fled on a bicycle immediately after realizing he was about to be served with legal papers.

A seemingly intoxicated man was told to stop wandering into traffic on Woodland Park Drive.

An iPod was found at a business on U.S. 93 North. Police said it was not the same one reported stolen earlier.

Kids entered an unlocked vehicle at a car lot along U.S. 2 East but didn’t take anything.

A man on Fifth Avenue East said he would let his wife calm down after calling police to tell them she would not let him get his tools out of the house.

Flathead County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating after a roll of valuable Romex wire was stolen during a burglary at a business on South Complex Drive.

Marion men were asked to move to a safer location after being spotted firing rifles at a target.

She initially said she had been assaulted by a man, but responding deputies found an East Kalispell woman to be heavily intoxicated when they investigated. The woman had apparently assaulted the man, who was sober.

People riding a motorcycle in a Bigfork cemetery were reported by a woman who didn’t think they should be there.

Early-rising farmers sparked the ire of one caller who didn’t think combine harvesters should operate as early as 4 a.m.
