Flathead County’s private school students are closing in on the end of summer.

For some the end is closer than others: The first bell rings Monday for students at Valley Adventist Christian School. Stillwater Christian students have a little more time to relax; for them, the school year doesn’t start until Sept. 9.

Following is a list of private schools and information students and parents need to know before classes begin.

Glacier Waldorf

The school will not hold formal classes this year but will instead have informal home-school groups for students in kindergarten through fourth grade. There are groups for foreign language, drama, handwork, games and physical education. For further information, visit www.glacierwaldorf.org.

Kalispell Montessori

Kalispell Montessori did not provide back-to-school information.
