Husband's messages are unwelcome
A woman in the 800 block of Ninth Avenue West reported to Kalispell Police at 2:24 p.m. Saturday that her husband was sending profane and threatening text messages. The man has an order of protection against him.
A woman in the 600 block of South Main Street reported that she found a transient in the basement at 2:31 p.m. Saturday. The previous day she found vomit in the basement.
Two women were outside screaming in the 1000 block of North Meridian Road at 2:37 p.m. Saturday.
Someone had a bike stolen from the 300 block of First Avenue East at 2:59 p.m. Saturday.
A man reported that his neighbor was yelling and calling him a “loser” and “zero” in the 200 block of Two Mile Drive at 5:16 p.m. Saturday.
A woman in the 1000 block of North Meridian Road reported that another woman was cursing at her at 7:22 p.m. Saturday.
A man was reportedly trespassing in a vacant house in the 200 block of Eighth Avenue West at 8:10 p.m. Saturday.
Police took a complaint about someone parking in a handicapped-only space in the 900 block of West Idaho Street at 8:18 p.m. Saturday.
A black Dodge Dynasty reportedly ran a stop sign at 8:38 p.m. Saturday in the 400 block of Liberty Street.
A man reported that his daughter was being followed at the fair by a man she was scheduled to testify against. The call came in at 10:07 p.m. Saturday. The woman was advised to go to the posse trailer.
A woman in the 300 block of College Avenue reported that her son broke one of her vehicle’s windows and ran on foot at 10:39 p.m. Saturday. The man had been drinking.
A man was passed out on the corner of Fifth Street and Third Avenue East at 10:51 p.m. Saturday.
At 11:08 p.m. Saturday, police took a report of people selling drugs from a hotel room in the 1500 block of U.S. 93 South.
A theft of checks from a mailbox was reported at 12:11 a.m. Sunday from the 700 block of Ninth Avenue West. The caller said that the landlord’s boyfriend found one box in the landlord’s son’s car. The rest were missing.
A man was arrested in the 500 block of Second Street West at 1:31 a.m. Sunday. The man is a sex offender and keeps a weapon under his seat.
Police responded to a drunk-driving report at 3:03 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of East Idaho Street after a female driver reportedly couldn’t hold her head up.
A theft of two cases of beer was reported from a business in the 300 block of East Idaho Street at 3:13 a.m. Sunday. A male suspect in his 20s left the scene on foot.
A man with a bloody nose came into a hotel on North Main Street at 3:24 a.m. Sunday and asked for security to call 911. The man had been drinking and had been kicked in the head. An ambulance responded.
Police took a report of a passed-out pedestrian at the east entrance to Woodland Park at 5:08 a.m. Sunday.
