son of Dan Schaeffer and Penny Soto of Kalispell, was born July 19 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

He weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 22 inches long.

Matthew joins Richard Soto Jr., and Nicholas Soto.

Paternal grandparents are Fred and Karen Buchanan of Kalispell.
