A truck carrying a piece of logging machinery traveling south on Main Street, with a total height of 16 feet, 4 inches, struck the light tower and knocked it into the turn lane. “I’m glad no one got hurt,” Kalispell Police officer Stan Ottosen said. The accident is under investigation.
