son of Chris and Amy Welsh of Kalispell, was born May 24 at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Declan joins Christian, 8.

Paternal grandparents are Tom and Vicki Welsh of Castro Valley, Calif. Maternal grandparent is Debbie Rice of Kalispell.
