son of Mathew Hamlin and Amanda Matlock of Whitefish, was born June 9 at North Valley Hospital.

He weighed 7 pounds, 8.3 ounces, and was 19 inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Candis Hamlin and Mike Shafer of Mt. Angel, Ore. Maternal grandparents are Kristy and Del Matlock of Hungry Horse.
