Marjorie Nelle Johnson, 86

Marge went to be with her Lord on Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, surrounded by her family, while at Park Place in Denver. She was born Oct. 25, 1923, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, the second of six children. Her family moved to West Hartford, Conn., when she was a young girl. Marge attended Hall High School and Texas Tech. In 1944, she married Roy A. Johnson, and they were blessed with three sons and a daughter. Marge was a spirited and active woman and will be greatly missed. She was always ready for a game of tennis, golf, hearts or a day of skiing. She loved her family and was involved in the churches she attended. In retirement, Marge and Roy enjoyed their homes in Cape Cod and later in Bigfork. She is survived by her brother, Henry Hall of Denver; sister, Virginia Constantino of Hilton Head, S.C.; sons, Bruce and Steven of Denver; daughter, Susan of Medford, Ore.; and son, Peter of Spokane.
