Lloyd 'Wayne' Peeler, 71

 Lloyd “Wayne” Peeler passed away on Friday, April 1, 2011, surrounded by his loving family in Cheyenne, Wyo., his home for the past year.  

Wayne was born in Athens, Tenn., on Oct. 24, 1939, and spent the years of his youth between Tennessee and Los Angeles.

He met Clarice in Los Angeles and they were married 51 years at his passing.  

Wayne, along with his wife Clarice, were managers for Windmill Storage and U-Haul in Columbia Falls., for 18 years. 

 Wayne will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to all who were lucky enough to know him.

He leaves behind his adoring family, his wife, Clarice, who resides in Cheyenne; a son, Daniel Wayne Peeler of Florida, and his two sons, Brandon and Brice; daughter, Deborah and her husband, Michael, in Salt Lake City, and their two children, Nate and Kenna; daughter, Lisa and her husband, Steve Whitmire of Cheyenne, and Lisa’s two children, Bud and Melissa; son, Lloyd Wayne Peeler Jr., of Cheyenne, and his daughter, Julia Quinn; and daughter, Treecie Pike and her husband, Erik, of Bozeman, and their two daughters, Annicka and Erika. He also had five great-grandchildren. 

Services were held on Wednesday, April 6, in Cheyenne.

He will be sadly missed by all knew and loved him.   

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Wayne’s name to Davis Hospice Center, 6000 Sycamore Rd., Cheyenne, WY 82009.
