Fred J. Miller, 80, passed the morning of Aug. 10, 2011.
He was born June 22, 1931, in Kalispell, and spent most of his life in Kalispell with two brothers and five sisters.
He served in the U.S. Navy from 1950 to 1954 on the USS Satyr, earning three medals and two ribbons.
Fred is survived by Marilyn, his wife of 41 years; sons, Fred, Mike and Rick; daughters, Jolene, Kim and Crystal; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; five sisters and one brother; along with several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ora and Buleah Miller; and brother, Orville.
At his request, no services will be held.
Cremation has taken place with Buffalo Hill Funeral Home.
