Woman rolls, keeps on driving
The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office and other agencies responded after a caller reported that a woman rolled her vehicle on Columbia Falls Stage Road Wednesday at about 5:15 p.m. The vehicle landed on its wheels and the woman continued driving, according to the caller. The badly damaged vehicle was found a short time later, and the woman was taken to a hospital for treatment.
A dead dog was reportedly found on Cougar Trail near Whitefish. The injuries appeared to have been inflicted by a cougar or some other large animal.
Someone broke the windows of a Jeep parked on Sleepy Hollow Road.
A homeowner on Ashley Lake Road said someone removed motion-activated lights from a building.
A pair of damaged handcuffs were found by someone on North Fork Road.
Several small fires were reported along Montana 206 near Columbia Falls Wednesday at about noon.
A carburetor was stolen off a vehicle parked near U.S. 93 South.
Harassment was alleged by a man on Whitefish Stage Road who said his ex-girlfriend refused to stop sending him text messages.
A woman was seen drinking what appeared to be an alcoholic beverage while driving on U.S. 93 North Wednesday afternoon.
At a business on Hungry Horse Boulevard, a woman accused the mother of her adopted children of slapping her.
Two wallets were stolen from a vehicle parked at a business on U.S. 2 East.
The Kalispell Police Department received a report after the driver of a vehicle that struck a skateboarder at the intersection of Second Street East and Conrad Drive Wednesday at about 5:50 p.m. left the scene without stopping. The skateboarder declined medical attention.

A newspaper deliverer saw two suspicious people run from a home Whitefish Stage Road as she was delivering a paper at about 4 a.m. Thursday.
Burglary was suspected after a homeowner on Windward Way found a screen removed from a window. The window also appeared to have fingerprints on it, according to the caller.
