Was mini-chopper spying or just flying?

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious activity after a resident of Oakmont Lane near Columbia Falls said a remote-controlled helicopter equipped with cameras was seen hovering over his property Tuesday at about 8 p.m.

A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Spring Creek Drive.

A teenage boy was accused of assaulting his mother Tuesday at about 10:15 a.m.

Someone on Mountain Meadow Road reported finding a damaged security box in brush.

Theft was alleged on Fourth Street South in Martin City where a man said a 9mm pistol and an AR-15 were stolen, along with some ammunition.
