Man tosses stuff at passing cars

At 3 p.m. Sunday, the Kalispell Police Department received a report of a man in his mid-20s walking south on U.S. 93 North and throwing stuff at passing cars. The caller said the man was acting like he was going to jump into traffic and laughing as drivers slammed on their brakes.

A caller said someone slashed the tires of a red pickup parked on 10th Avenue West, and advised some renters had moved out on a bad note.

A Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle was reported stolen on Ninth Street East.

A woman said she returned home from Missoula to find all of her bank account paperwork taken from her apartment and no money left in her account.

A woman on Second Avenue East told police her vehicle was broken into a while back.

Someone pillaged a yard sale on College Avenue during the night and took everything of value.

A caller reported a horse walking through an apartment complex on Kenway Drive and said it was not the first time.

A caller on Third Avenue East North said a woman sleeping in a Nissan was taking up five parking spaces. The caller said that when they knocked on the window the woman would not acknowledge them.

Subjects were kicked out a hotel room on U.S. 93 South at 11:54 p.m. Saturday after police responded to a report of a fight in the parking lot.

Earlier that evening, a caller said a blue vehicle being chased by a van swerved out of Lawrence Park and hit the fence by the golf course.

Someone stole a stereo and a subwoofer out of a vehicle on Hutton Ranch Road. The window had been left part way down.

The Flathead County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a physical disturbance on Alpha Road at 3:13 a.m. Sunday.

Earlier, a caller reported an assault on Tamarack Lane in Columbia Falls.

Police investigated a report of a physical disturbance on U.S. 2 East in Kalispell.

A caller on Trout Avenue in Coram reported an assault.

The Whitefish Police Department responded to a report of criminal mischief on Columbia Avenue at 9:14 a.m. Saturday.

Later that morning, police responded to a report of fraud on East 13th Street.

At 1:57 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a report of a fight on Central Avenue.

Police responded to a report of a party on Lupfer Avenue at 2:16 a.m.

At 12:44 a.m. Friday, the Polson Police Department responded to a report of suspicious activity on 12th Avenue East.

Police responded to a report of vandalism on First Street East.

At 9:28 a.m., police responded to a theft report at the Polson VFW.

Later that morning, police responded to a dangerous drug possession report on Bayview Drive.
