The Kalispell Police Department received a report from a man who said he heard his garage door open then found a man named Billy inside who claimed he had been waiting for someone to open the door. The man believed Billy had been sleeping in his vehicle inside the garage for warmth. He said the inside of his vehicle smelled like cigarettes and alcohol.
