Tires stolen from Polson store

A tire store in Polson reported the theft of numerous tires from a fenced storage area over the weekend.

The manager of the Les Schwab store reported Saturday that numerous tires and wheels were stolen.

The most identifiable items taken were a set of 37-inch Nitto Terra Grappler tires for 18-inch wheels and a set of 20-inch Ford Harley Davidson Hollander wheels.

A similar crime was reported from the Jolly Pack Rat in Polson, where a set of Nexen N3000 18-inch wheels was stolen.

Anyone with information on the thefts is urged to call the Lake County Sheriff’s Office at 883-7301 or Deputy Ben Woods at 249-3007.

Information leading to the identification and prosecution of a suspect may lead to a reward. Callers can remain anonymous.
