Woman finds out home was burglarized
The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received a report from a resident of Columbia Meadows Drive in Columbia Falls who said her home was burglarized. She said she came home to find her bedroom window broken and footprints outside the house. The handle of her front screen door was also broken. She was unsure if anything had been taken.
An investigation of suspicious activity led to an arrest when deputies responded to a report of a “young kid” drunk and belligerent behind a home on Montana 35 in Bigfork.
A snowboard and equipment were reported stolen from a business on Big Mountain.
Guns, bows, fishing rods and a speaker were reported stolen from a storage unit on U.S. 2 East in Coram.
Kalispell Police cited a man for disorderly conduct and told him to leave a business on East Idaho Street after he was involved in a fight with another man.
A resident of Ali Loop reported CDs stolen from two vehicles on multiple occasions.
Officers with the Whitefish Police Department made an arrest after responding to a physical disturbance on Central Avenue.
A physical disturbance was reported on U.S. 93 South.
