Phebe Rose Dill-Marston

Phebe Rose Dill-Marston, daughter of Jed Marston and Justina Dill of Columbia Falls, was born Jan. 17 at North Valley Hospital.

She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Howard Marston of Gloucester, Mass., and Vicki Marston of New York. Maternal grandparents are Tim Dill and Diane Dill of Maine.
