PABLO - Caitlin Charlebois scored 23 points and Mallery Knoll 16 as Bigfork claimed the consolation crown Friday by beating Valley Christian 56-41 at the Western B divisional girls basketball tournament.
Bigfork (22-2), third ranked in Class B, rolled up a 28-14 advantage in the opening half. Both teams played on even terms in the final half.
Missoula Loyola rolled to a 66-36 victory over Deer Lodge in the championship game.
