Neighbor complains of 'trashed' yard

Kalispell Police counseled parties after someone reported that a neighbor was leaving garbage behind their house. Animals got into the refuse and scattered it across the yard in the 700 block of Ninth Avenue West.

Police took a report of a woman with no teeth asking to exchange food stamps for cash at a business in the 900 block of West Idaho Street. The woman entered the business with a boy at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

A woman was reportedly driving drunk in a dark blue Honda at 3:30 p.m. Saturday on Fifth Avenue West North and West Montana Street.

A car was egged three times in the last three weeks in the 800 block of Seventh Avenue West.

A wallet was taken from a woman’s room at a shelter.

Two women were arrested for theft in the 100 block of Hutton Ranch Road at 6:51 p.m. Saturday.

A 17-year-old employee was reportedly serving alcohol at a business in the 100 block of Hutton Ranch Road at 7:47 p.m. Saturday.

Four high-school students were reportedly beating up two younger students on West Wyoming Street and Fourth Avenue West North at 9:56 p.m. Saturday. Neither injured boy wanted to press charges. The accused assailants were in a blue Ford pickup.

A man was arrested after a fight was reported in the 1700 block of U.S. 93 South at 11:10 p.m. Saturday. Two men were on the ground. One was unconscious and bleeding.

A man was arrested for obstructing a peace officer in the 300 block of Ninth Avenue West at 11:24 p.m. Saturday. The caller said the man trashed his house and car.

Two men reportedly stole two 24-packs of Pabst Blue Ribbon beer from the 50 block of First Avenue East North at 3:06 a.m. Sunday. They left the scene in a blue and white Ford.

Someone complained that a vehicle was taken from the 1200 block of U.S. 2 West at 3:11 a.m. Sunday. A woman said she moved the vehicle around the block so that a man wouldn’t drive drunk.

A man was arrested on a warrant in the 100 block of Sherwood Lane at 9:09 a.m. Sunday.

A woman said she left money in an envelope for police at a motel’s front desk in the 600 block of East Idaho Street, but that someone keeps calling her for the money.

Montana Highway Patrol responded to an injury accident at 11:51 a.m. Saturday at mile marker 150 on U.S. 93.

An injury accident was reported at 5:52 a.m. Saturday at mile marker 4 on Montana 40.

A hit-and-run accident was reported at 10 a.m. Saturday on Evergreen and Birch drives.

Whitefish Police responded to a physical disturbance on U.S. 93 South at 10:19 a.m. Saturday.

Reckless driving was reported on Wisconsin Avenue at 5:51 p.m. Saturday.

Fights broke out on Central Avenue at 12:47 and 1:42 a.m. Sunday.

Driving under the influence was reported on Baker Avenue at 3:34 a.m. Sunday.
