The 68-year-old man who died after being found unresponsive Saturday at Whitefish Mountain Resort has been identified.
Richard T. Swope, a Whitefish resident, died of natural causes shortly after he was found by Whitefish Mountain Resort employees at about 12:55 p.m., according to Flathead County Sheriff/Coroner Chuck Curry.
Swope had a faint pulse when he was found and was transported to North Valley Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
