Fights prompt calls to sheriff

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a physical disturbance on Jellison Road at 12:20 a.m. Sunday and on West Cottonwood Drive at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Threats were made on Coon Hollow Road at 5:40 p.m. Saturday and on U.S. 2 East at 4:13 p.m. Saturday.

Thefts were reported on Willow Glen Drive at 5:32 p.m. Saturday and on Lower Valley Road at 10:27 a.m. Saturday.

Road rage was reported on Halfmoon Road in Columbia Falls at 4:56 p.m. Saturday.

A vehicle was reported stolen on U.S. 93 South in Kalispell at 2:11 p.m. Saturday.

There was an animal at large on Somers Road at 2:10 p.m. Saturday and on Jackson Meadows Road in Kila at 2:01 p.m.

Lake County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 28-year-old man on a warrant in Pablo at 5:49 a.m. Saturday.

A burglary reported at 12:37 p.m. Saturday in the 71900 block of Bitterroot Jim Road is under investigation.

A 51-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in the 400 block of Kalispell Avenue in Dayton at 2:20 p.m. Saturday.

Two men ordered food and left without paying at a restaurant on U.S. 93 in Polson at 8:10 p.m. Saturday.

A woman took merchandise from a Polson gas station and left without paying at 9:07 p.m. Saturday.

Alarms

Evergreen Fire Department responded to a fire in the 500 block of East Evergreen Drive at 3:45 p.m. Sunday. There was an oil fire on the kitchen stove.
