Jennifer K. 'Jenny' Peck, 43

After 16 years of illness, Jenny “went home” on May 11, 2011, after a long battle with kidney failure.

She was born on June 2, 1967.

Anyone who knew her knew the kindest, most gentle person who had an amazing way with children. This incredible woman had a true gift of mercy, genuinely put others’ needs before her own and did it with a smile. Her life was the perfect example to all of us that the human condition is capable of handling almost anything with a positive attitude.

Jenny was preceded in death by her father, Frank Peck.

She is survived by her mother, Patty Peck of Bigfork; her brothers, Robert and Jason, both of Portland, and Sean of Carlsbad, Calif.; and her sister, Samantha of Anchorage, Alaska.

She will be incredibly missed by all her family and friends.

A celebration of Jenny’s life will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 7, at the Swan River Hall in Bigfork.
