Bigfork's Keenan shoots 86 to claim medalist honors
ST. REGIS - Bigfork's Sara Keenan shot an 86 on Thursday to easily claim medalist honors at the St. Regis Golf Tournament.
Keenan's score was 17 strokes better than second place.
Bigfork's Carter Sorensen and Blake Weimer also finished among the top 10 in the boys competition. Sorensen shot an 83, good for fourth place, while Weimer shot an 89 for ninth place.
Loyola's Austin Dauenhauer was medalist with a 79.
As a team, the Vikings placed third with a 364. Thompson Falls was first at 345.
