RoseAnn Stafford, 70

RoseAnn Stafford, 70, passed away on Monday, May 23, 2011, at her home in Kalispell.

RoseAnn was born on Oct. 22, 1940, in Kalispell, to Clifford and Elizabeth Nordtome.

She was raised in Kalispell, and went to work right out of high school for Equity Supply. She retired after 42 years working for the same company.

RoseAnn married Jerry Stafford on Aug. 6, 1959. They were married for 51 years.

RoseAnn loved her animals, cooking, canning and bowling with her friends. No one was ever turned away hungry.

She was  preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Elizabeth Nordtome.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry; a daughter, Shelly, and husband, Lincoln Reed, of Oregon; and numerous cousins.

She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 26, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, at the corner of Rose Crossing and Whitefish Stage Road.

The family requests memorials in RoseAnn’s name be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
