Cynthia Ray Buck, 47

Cynthia Ray Buck, 47, passed away Sunday, Oct. 30, 2011, in Kalispell.

Cindy was born on Aug. 23, 1964, in Chester, to Rodney and Alberta Butler. She was raised in Chester, and then moved to the Flathead Valley where she graduated from Columbia Falls High School in 1982.

On Oct. 22, 1983, Cynthia and Lowell Buck were married at Our Savior's Lutheran Church. On June 2, 1984, Michael James Buck was born. Cindy worked at the Montana Veterans Home in Columbia Falls for many years.

While she lived a troubled life, she always wanted to help others in the community.

Cindy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ruth and Albert Statelen, and Hilary and Ruth Butler; and her father, Rodney Glenn Butler.

She is survived by her only son, Michael James Buck; her mother, Alberta Butler Booth; and her sister, Gina Kay Colwell.

A celebration of life memorial service will be held for Cindy at 12:30 p.m. today, Nov. 3, in the Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home. All are welcome to pay their respects.
