Wallet reported stolen from auto
Saturday evening a caller on U.S. 93 told the Kalispell Police Department that someone stole a wallet and belongings from a white Honda while it was parked at a store.
Earlier Saturday, a caller on U.S. 93 told police he was hit by someone driving a truck while he was walking in a parking lot. The driver of the truck parked and went into a store. The man told police his wrist hurt, but refused medical attention.
Police were unable to locate a suspicious man at a restaurant who was reportedly approaching people as they went inside. A caller told police the man appeared to be strung out or drunk. The man later reportedly ran through the mall.
A man upset about some maintenance at his apartment on Two Mile Drive reportedly threatened to kill the landlord and a maintenance guy. The parties were counseled by police.
Police were called out to a fight in the middle of the road on Montana 35, with two or three men and later a man and a woman reportedly fighting in front of a bar. The Montana Highway Patrol responded, but everyone had left.
Police responded to an early Sunday morning report of someone driving under the influence. The caller said a red passenger car was driving in the wrong lane on U.S. 93.
At about 10:35 a.m., a woman on Belmar Drive told police that a man was scratching messages on her window and laying on the ground behind her residence. The parties were separated and the man was warned he would be charged with criminal trespass if he returned.
A caller on Sunset Boulevard reported a rock thrown through the window of a vehicle.
The Whitefish Police Department investigated a theft reported Saturday on Pine Place.
Police later responded to a curfew violation on Wisconsin Avenue.
The Polson Police Department stopped a driver on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol at First Street East and 17th Avenue early Saturday morning.
Later that morning, police investigated a burglary reported at a diner.
