A 57-year-old Kalispell woman was arraigned in federal court last week in Missoula.

Leslie McIntosh pleaded not guilty to charges of wire fraud scheme, tax evasion and aggravated identity theft.

McIntosh, who is currently released on special conditions, could face up to 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000 if convicted.

The investigation that led to the charges was a cooperative effort between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Criminal Investigation Division of the Internal Revenue Service.
