Craig Charles McIntosh, 49

Craig Charles McIntosh, 49, passed away on Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at his home in Kalispell.

Craig was born on July 18, 1962, in Helena to James and Florence McIntosh. He was raised in Kalispell, where he attended schools, graduating from Flathead High School in 1980.

Craig managed a local bar when he lived in Helena, several years ago. Recently he had worked as a runner at the V.F.W. in Kalispell, and prior to that had worked for 13 years as a runner at the Kalispell Casino. His hobbies were playing pool, fishing, mixing music, playing chess, cooking, watching football and telling jokes, exploring and laughing. He enjoyed caring for his customers and treated everyone with respect. Some of his customers became his extended family.

Craig was preceded in death by his father, James McIntosh.

He is survived by his mother, Florence McIntosh; a daughter, Tawny Moon of Toquerville, Utah; and three sisters, Laurel Ewing, Brenda McIntosh and April Coen, all of Kalispell.

A celebration of Craig's life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2 at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home in Kalispell.
