Man arrested after apparently driving drunk

Deputies with the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man after responding to a report of an inebriated driver on U.S. 2 in Kalispell. A caller said a vehicle was all over the road and had almost sideswiped the caller’s vehicle. The suspect driver eventually pulled into a parking lot and slumped over the wheel. When officers arrived on the scene they noticed quite a bit of damage to the vehicle that appeared recent. The suspect was transported to the Flathead County Detention Center.

A resident of U.S. 2 in Kalispell reported three boys appearing to be in their mid-teens wearing dark hoodies broke into a vehicle before running away. The vehicle was undamaged and the caller did not believe anything was taken.

Residents of Flathead Drive in Kalispell reported their house was egged.

A man in a white hoody was reported looking into a woman’s kitchen window on Crestview Drive in Bigfork.

A Razor all-terrain vehicle was reported stolen from Logan Creek Road in Whitefish.

Extensive damage to a road and property was reported on Rocky Mountain Drive in Lakeside.

An XM radio was reported stolen from a truck on Second Avenue West North in Columbia Falls.

The Kalispell Police Department received a report that a woman was attempting to break into a car in a parking lot on U.S. 93 North.

An theft was reported at a business on Hutton Ranch Road.

A stereo was reported stolen from a vehicle on Woodland Park Drive.

Two liters of soda were reported stolen from a business on U.S. 2 West.

The Columbia Falls Police Department received a report of weapons stolen at a home on Karen Road.

The Whitefish Police Department received a report of theft on Baker Avenue.
