Girl says friend spiked her drink

The Kalispell Police Department received a report from the assistant principal of a school on Wolfpack Way that a girl had been drinking alcohol off campus and then returned to campus. The girl claimed her friend spiked her drink while she was away from the school.

A man was arrested on a warrant on Third Street West.

A man reported that a man who lived above him had stolen his wife’s medical marijuana plant.

It was reported that five boys were throwing berries at vehicles as they passed and stepping into the road in front of the vehicles. Officers located the boys and counseled them.

A resident of First Avenue East said a passenger of a passing vehicle jumped out and stole his 10-year-old son’s skateboard while his son was knocking on a door.

A stereo was reported stolen from a vehicle while it was parked at a gas station on West Idaho Street.

A purse was reported stolen from the cafeteria of a college on Grandview Drive.

A chain saw was reported stolen from a truck on Hutton Ranch Road.

Gasoline was reported siphoned from a vehicle on Fifth Avenue East.

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received a report of suspicious activity on U.S. 93 South in Kalispell stating a woman was at an impound trying to retrieve her stolen belongings out of a car. When the caller went to get the keys from behind the console of the car, he found a used hypodermic needle as well as a propane burner and blood on the seat. The woman claimed her stolen stereo was in the car but would not say how she knew it or who the car belonged to.

A woman was arrested after stealing alcohol from a business on U.S. 2 East in Kalispell.

An 18-inch wooden bear was reported stolen from a Columbia Falls residence on Meadow Lake Drive.

Officers with the Polson Police Department cited a minor for possession of tobacco products in Sacajawea Park.

A driver was cited with failure to yield the right of way after a property damage accident on U.S. 93.
