Man arrested after shooting incident

The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office received a call of shots fired on Ridgewood Drive in Kalispell at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday.

According to Sheriff Chuck Curry, Randall James Everybodytalksabout, 27, Kalispell, and at least two other people followed a man they knew to his home, where an argument ensued.

During the argument, Everybodytalksabout fired one shot from a .22 caliber handgun into the ground before leaving. Officers later apprehended Everybodytalksabout, who is now in the Flathead County Jail. Everybodytalksabout likely will be charged with felony criminal endangerment, according to Curry.

Several people were reported to be shooting guns on Lower Dam Road east of the Hungry Horse bridge at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday.

A Kalispell resident on Conley Drive reported hearing approximately 15 shots fired to the south at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday.

A 1-year-old boy was reported bitten by a dog while at a day care in Kalispell on Wednesday. The manager of the day care, also the owner of the dog, contained the animal in the garage.

The office received two calls regarding three loose dogs belonging to a resident of Oxford Circle in Kalispell at 3:27 p.m. Wednesday. The first came from a man who says he has been charged by the animals whenever they are around. The second call was made by a woman who said her cat was attacked by the dogs Tuesday evening and significantly injured. The cat has since run off and she believes it has gone somewhere and died.

A gray/blue sport utility vehicle with either a camper of horse trailer attached drove away from a U.S. 2 gas station in Coram without paying for $71 worth of gas.

The Kalispell Police Department responded to a call of two women running from Walmart toward the movie theater with stolen clothing. Officers eventually located Tara Brandy Whitequills, 26, of Browning, and a young girl. Whitequills was arrested on a charge of theft and on an active warrant. The youth was turned over to her adult brother.

The Lake County Sheriff’s Office responded to an accident with injury as the result of a failure to yield the right of way at 5:28 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. 93.
