Davis, Warburton, Wells main-event winners at MRP
Drivers posting fast time were also main event winners last Saturday night at Montana Raceway Park.
Tim Davis turned a 15.673-second lap time on the high-banked, quarter- mile oval in the compacts. He finished the evening by winning the main event.
Chris Warburton had the top time in the bombers, 16.7094, and also followed with a victory in his 50-lap main event.
And in the super late models, Ryan Wells had the fastest time, 13.098, and finished up with a victory in the main event.
Two weekends of racing are left this season at MRP. Up Saturday are the hornets, legends, super stocks, bandoleros and hobby stocks.
Gates for the pit side will open at 2 p.m. and main side gates will open at 5:30. Qualifying starts at 6 with racing at 7.
