Electrocution victim ID'd
The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office identified the man killed following a car accident Wednesday as 31-year-old Kalispell resident Roger E. Baker.
The car Baker was driving struck and knocked down a utility pole at approximately 1 a.m., also causing the vehicle to catch fire. After helping his two female passengers escape from the vehicle, he is believed to have grabbed an energized power line, causing his electrocution.
One of his passengers attempted to resuscitate him using CPR, but Baker was eventually declared dead at the scene.
